Western Australian potato marketing campaign pays dividends

Western Australia’s potato marketing campaign delivered a 5 per cent volume sales increase to producers last year. Potatoes South Australia chief executive Robbie Davis visited WA this week to meet with industry stakeholders for Potato Week and to view the success of the campaign. Government audited figures showed WA producers made more money per tonne than the previous year — even after all marketing costs had been taken out.
