A company which designs and installs crop storage controllers for the potato production industry has moved to a new base after securing a £235,000 commercial mortgage from HSBC UK.
Norfolk-based Crop Systems has moved from an outdoor farm in Gimingham to indoor premises in Happisburgh.
Ray Andrews, managing director of Crop Systems Ltd, said: “Crop Systems has an incredibly talented and hardworking team who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
“After moving into our new centralised premises, we’re now in position to scale-up the business, starting with six confirmed projects in 2019.”
Sarah Black, business banking area director for Norfolk at HSBC UK, added: “There is huge demand in the potato industry and Crop Systems is well placed to capitalise on this demand with its latest innovations. We wish them all the best for the future.”
